Bond Wolfe’s 50th auction next month will see the Birmingham-based business exceed £1.1 billion in sales in the seven years since its launch in January 2019.
The company says that since the first auction in March 2019, Bond Wolfe has sold 7,357 properties.
During that time, staff numbers have doubled and the team has raised over £100,000 for various West Midland charities and good causes.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “Right at the start of our second year of trading we were hit by the Covid pandemic and the team worked extremely hard to pivot virtually overnight to livestream auctions only.

“Going solely online was a new world for us and for auctions, but we could not have anticipated the huge success the move has proven.
“In the past seven years, we have stepped up our marketing efforts with marked results stemming from a huge presence and following on social media, and we have also issued 1,083 press releases in that time – purely for our auction division – around 12 a month, on properties all over the UK.
“We have seen online viewings, virtual tours and on-the-day bidding surge to a level where we now have prospective buyers watching and biding their time from all parts of the UK, Europe and even globally.”
Bond Wolfe’s outstanding success rate has been recognised officially with the firm acting for Birmingham City Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, City of Wolverhampton Council, Walsall Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, West Midlands Police and a variety of institutional and housing association clients.
Bond Wolfe’s 50th auction will be livestreamed at 8.30am on Thursday 14 May via Bond Wolfe’s website.
