Sterling Capital Developments release new apartments in West Ealing

A former bank on Uxbridge Road is being transformed into one, two, and three-bed apartments. By the end of May 2022, the flats should be completed and available for occupation.

The four-story development is perfect for Londoners who appreciate green spaces but enjoy being in the heart of the city as it is surrounded by 8km2 of green leafy space and has excellent transport links to central London.

Sterling House is only 13 minutes away from Heathrow, 15 minutes from Bond Street, and 26 minutes from London Bridge. Buyers can expect even more transport links once the Crossrail, which is due to open this year, finally launches.

Studios are priced from £375,000, one-bedroom flats start from £460,000, two-bedroom flats start from £560,000, and three-bedroom art expected to cost £840,000.

All nine apartments contain original period features, including sash windows and high ceilings. Flats, except the studios, include a balcony and the three-bed apartment includes a terrace.

Nanette Hung, associate director in the New Homes team at Colliers concludes: “Sterling House is ideally located with a wide range of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, and supermarkets on its doorstep. It also offers excellent transport connections; the opening of Crossrail will reduce the commute times from West Ealing to the West End to just 20 minutes. This is an excellent opportunity for first time buyers to utilise the Help to Buy scheme before it ends in March 2023.”
