DG Capital Partners will advise on asset and land acquisition
A new real estate advisory and investment business for UK developers has launched to support developers of all sizes with specialist lending, while its property investment function will advise investors on asset and land acquisition opportunities across the UK.
DG Capital Partners will work with developers, family offices and alternative capital providers to broker specialist funding solutions, including development finance, bridging and mezzanine facilities.
It will advise clients throughout the financing process, from assessing funding requirements and structuring the capital stack through to lender engagement, negotiation and drawdown.
DG Capital Partners’ Master Agency service will work across every stage of the development lifecycle, supporting projects at the off-plan, construction or completion phase to accelerate early-stage reservations, sales, liquidity generation and enable structured exit solutions.
An international distribution network
The company will also work with a distribution network of almost 20 agents, intermediaries and investors across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
DG Capital Partners has been founded by Paul Dodds and Sonia Gill, who together have more than 40 years’ experience across the UK development and investment markets.
