Strong month of sales follows a record twelve months for the business

Elite Realty Invest has reported its strongest month on record, generating £1.5 million in revenue, after a record twelve months for the business.

The company became a master agent on a pipeline of prime residential developments across the UK in the last year, including One Residence, a 125-unit scheme in Leeds’ South Bank and Thames Grove, a 37-unit commuter scheme in London.

One Residence is now 70% pre-sold while Thames Grove is 95% pre-sold.

Meanwhile, the company is also seeing strong demand for its Liverpool scheme, it says.  Abbey Row is being delivered by Bentry Capital through its construction arm, Mellior, with the first phase of 241 homes now more than 75% pre-sold.

A significant milestone

Darren Gallagher, CEO of Elite Reality Invest, said: “Hitting £1.5 million in monthly revenue is a significant milestone for the business, and it reflects the strength of the relationships we’ve built over the past year.

“Our focus has always been on nurturing the right partnerships and working with the best people in the industry, because that’s what gives investors real confidence in the schemes we bring to market. We’re on track for the double-digit growth we set out to achieve earlier this year, and this month is a clear marker of that progress.”
