The Property Sourcing Company, an investment platform, has launched a new app.

The membership-based app claims to provide users with direct access to off-market, below-market-value properties across the country.

It is designed to address a common frustration of property investors – having the time and resource drain of consistently finding strong opportunities in a fragmented market.

The platform will operate on a membership model.

The ‘Standard’ option provides investors with full access to deals from across the UK, track property value and rental income.

With a ‘Diamond’ membership, users enable early access to new opportunities, whilst ‘Diamond Plus’ provides investors with a dedicated account manager from TPSC’s team of property experts and bespoke sourcing.

All new users can start with a seven-day free trial.

TPSC forms part of The Property Buying Company, a team of over 40 with a combined 100+ years of experience sourcing, renovating, and selling in the industry.

As a group they have bought, sold and traded over 5,000 properties across the UK since the company was founded in 2012.

Jonny Christie, chief executive of The Property Sourcing Company, says: “Our mission is to remove the friction from property investing, whether you’re a first-time investor or a seasoned professional.

“Demand for property investment remains strong, however investors face a barrier with the process of sourcing good deals becoming increasingly fragmented and time-consuming.

“This app is a UK market first; it streamlines the investment journey into one professional and structured platform which is accessible from the palm of your hand.”

The app will aunch on February 28 at an investor event held in partnership with Together in Manchester.

Speakers will include presenter Dion Dublin and social media property figure Oliver Adams.
