Strong residential field in this week’s live-streamed auction

From executive homes to single-bedroom flats, an enormous range of homes feature in Bond Wolfe’s 190-lot live-streamed auction this Wednesday.

A guide price of £400,000 represents a substantial saving on current market values for a four-bedroomed semi-detached house in the Birmingham suburb of Moseley. The house is a vacant extended property sitting opposite historic Highbury Park. It is laid out with two reception rooms, a kitchen with dining area and a WC on the ground floor, with four bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs.
