International Off-Plan Property Consultancy, LH1 Global has launched The Residence. The renovated Regency-style Grade II listed building in Cheltenham includes 17 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments with modern upgrades and original period features.

Before the full launch, the boutique development was shared with LH1 Global’s network. This led to a staggering 50% of homes being snapped up within just 48 hours.
