Bond Wolfe offers residential properties with guide prices as low as £9,000

Bond Wolfe Auctions’ upcoming sale will feature a range of residential properties across the Black Country to suit every buyer.

New house-hunters and those building buy-to-let portfolios have an opportunity to pick up bricks and mortar for a fraction of normal prices when scores of lots from across the region go under the hammer.

A selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes – everything from penthouse apartments to detached houses – feature in the auction brochure, with a guide price as low as £9,000-£14,000 for one home.

One example of a home on offer is a four-bedroom mid-terraced house at 35 Audlem Walk, in the Park Village area of Wolverhampton. At 9 Cardiff Street, a three-bedroom mid-terraced house carries a guide price of between £19,000-£24,000.

Two homes up for sale in Marridale Street West, also in Wolverhampton, demonstrate the range of properties available at the auction. Number 166 is a two-bedroom mid-terraced house with a guide price of £46,000-plus, while number 139, a two-bedroom mid-terraced house, has a guide price of just £14,000-£19,000.

Meanwhile, a two-bedroom mid-terraced house at 54 Norfolk Road in Wolverhampton also carries a guide price of £14,000-£19,000.

While many of these homes are in need of improvements, at a  fraction of the cost of the average new home – more than £226,000 according to the government’s UK House Price Index – it means that people with DIY skills will be tempted to buy.

Elsewhere in Walsall, 40 Wye Road is home to a three-bedroom semi with a guide price of just £14,000 to £19,000, while a two-bedroom end-terraced house at 19 Oak Lane in West Bromwich has a guide price of just £10,000-£15,000.
