More than 50% of apartments snapped up in boutique French development

Over half of the apartments in a new boutique French development have been sold by French property developer MGM French Properties.

Les Granges de l’Epinette, located in the desirable Vallandry resort within the Paradiski area, is a collection of 34 apartments first launched in November 2017.

Apartments in the development offer ample family living space, classic interiors and striking panoramic views of Mont Blanc, with each home available for outright purchase. They all include a private balcony, underground parking, ski locker and cellar, with prices beginning at €275,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Vallandry is situated in one of Europe’s biggest and highest overall altitude ski areas, Paradiski, which provides 425km of uninterrupted pistes between Les Arcs and La Plagne. Les Granges de l’Epinette is located close to the centre of Vallandry, a short stroll away from the base of the Vanoise Express, Vallandry chair lift and open-air gondola Lonzagne.

The development has been designed with materials such as timber, stone and copper, as well as slate roof tiles, to help recreate the look and feel of a traditional mountain chalet. Each home includes open-plan living spaces, generous-sized bedrooms and fully-fitted kitchens.

“Having seen the unprecedented demand for the apartments in Les Granges de l’Epinette since their launch in November, I would urge those interested to get in touch about this development sooner rather than later,” Richard Deans, sales manager at MGM, said.
