New development opens in French ski resort

A new development has opened in the St Martin De Belleville Village Ski resort in France.

Nestled in the centre of the village, the development (named l’Epicerie’) is comprised of four luxury properties sold off-plan.

The first apartment, situated on the ground floor of the building, is equipped with four bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms), a terrace with beautiful views, large living, dining and kitchen areas, a cellar and a ski locker.

On the first floor is another spacious apartment with a spacious master suite, three additional double bedrooms – each with their own ensuite bathroom – a boiler room, a southwest facing terrace, a kitchen area with a fireplace, a cellar and a ski locker.

A duplex apartment is spread across the second and third floor of the building, equipped with four bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms), a large open-plan living area with dining area and kitchen, a wrap-around balcony, a cellar and a ski locker.

The last three-bedroom property is also spread across the second and third floor, boasting a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, a cellar and a ski locker.

Close to the local church and village square, l’Epicerie is a complete renovation of a heritage building in collaboration with a local developer. The development is just a short stroll to Three Valleys ski area, the largest in the world with over 600km of groomed pistes.
