Hostmaker launches new platform in London

Home rental management company Hostmaker has launched its own home sharing bookings platform - ‘Stayy with Hostmaker’ – in London.

The new platform, which is also being launched in all the cities where Hostmaker has a presence – including Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Lisbon, Bangkok and Cannes – aims to meet the growing demand for a ‘more premium, personal way to experience destinations’.

Hostmaker, founded in 2014 and host to more than 275,000 guests across nine cities since, has now created the Stayy with Hostmaker platform to help travellers and tenants ‘find their perfect Stayy’.

It’s aimed at a wide range of guests, from expats seeking a home from home to businesspeople, holidaymakers and ‘experience-hunters’, and offers up luxury homes for a few days, weeks or even months.

Key features include homes curated by award-winning interior designers, flexible bookings, 3D virtual tours of properties and 24/7 personal service provided by local experts, while properties are typically offered in prime locations in each city.

More than 1,000 homes in London will be available on the platform, joining almost 2,000 curated ‘Stayy with Hostmaker’ homes around the world. Options in the capital include properties in Kensington, Chelsea, Highbury and Islington and Bethnal Green.

“Stayy with Hostmaker offers modern nomads unique homes to suit a range of needs,” Nakul Sharma, chief executive and founder of Hostmaker, said.

“What ties them all together is the sense of discovery to make each stay special, whether you are visiting for 3 nights or 300 nights.”

Chris Tracey, general manager of Hostmaker’s London operations, added: “Stayy with Hostmaker takes us a step further in our mission to unlock the potential of every home in London, bringing our hotel-quality homes to a new breed of travellers. Through Stayy, we will deliver unique homes and unique experiences to London.”
