I am the principal property consultant of my practice and have over 20 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property and land, not limited to, but including:
* Representing a range of clients, including institutional owners and developers;
* Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other;
* Advising clients on market conditions, values, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
* Keeping up to date with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through attending Seminars, Lectures, reading Journals and Association magazines;
* Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services; Negotiating values and other sales terms;
* Accompanying buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability; and value of the homes they are visiting;
* Drafting Sale Contracts, Purchase Agreements, Exclusivity Agreements, Option agreements and all types of Deeds and leases relating to land and Property;
* Generating lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources;
* Contacting current or potential clients to promote products or services.
* Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective clients;
* Developing networks of lawyers, mortgage lenders and brokers, and contractors to whom clients may be referred;
* Identifying new investment opportunities and strategies;
Continuously establishing and retaining business relations in Cyprus, Greece, Poland and Portugal with proprietors and investors alike.
