Our idea is to bring psychometry testing into the tenant screening process. We want to develop SaaS platform that will give landlords an insight into possible or potential risky tenants behaviour, by using and adapting models from applied psychology and recruitment.
We believe that the existing tenant screening process is stereotyped and doesn’t answer the key question – who’s the person that will live in your apartment?
