Chinese commercial property and entertainment conglomerate, The Dalian Wanda Group, has appointed CBRE and Strutt & Parker to market its One Nine Elms project.
 
Situated on the banks of the River Thames, central to the Nine Elms regeneration project, the 1.13 million sq. ft. scheme will comprise a prime residential offering of 436 high-quality apartments and a 5* star Vista hotel offering a panoramic views across the London skyline.
 
Set to launch in 2015, the One Nine Elms project comprises of two towers, and will become one of Western Europe's tallest residential developments, with the City Tower set to reach 199.9 meters in height, the project is set for completion in late 2018.
