An exclusive property seminar will be hosted by Sequre Property Investment in the capital later this month.

The seminar, which will be held at the Emirates Stadium on Friday 24th October, will feature UK market insight from Editor of Property Investor News, Richard Bowser, as well as an exclusive talk from an as yet unannounced ‘renowned TV personality and industry expert’.

The event will be hosted by TV presenter and writer, Melissa Porter.

Michael Sacks, Director at the Manchester-based property investment firm, will also be taking to the stage to explain why he believes Manchester and other northern cities have overtaken those in the South as the top buy-to-let investment hotspots

A selection of experienced buy-to-let investors will also be on hand to offer details on their experiences, both from the perspective of first-time and seasoned investors.

The follow up seminar has been organised following the success of Sequre's inaugural buy-to-let seminar, which was held in Manchester back in June.

“The seminar is a fantastic way for anyone considering investing in buy-to-let to gain expert insight into the market in an informal setting,” said Michael Sacks.

He said the firm has been inundated with requests from investors based in the south east wanting to know more about opportunities in the North.

“Manchester and its surrounding areas have become a real investment hot spot, with our investors experiencing excellent yields that far exceed those to be gained from London-based property. Recent investment into travel and infrastructure, as well as strengthened international links and an influx of young professionals, has secured Manchester's place as the UK's second city,” he added.

The seminar will begin at 10.30am, with lunch and refreshments provided.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a tour of the Emirates Stadium after the seminar.
