The Diocese of London has appointed Cluttons to manage its portfolio of over 160 investment properties.

The portfolio includes some prestigious buildings; including the Grade I listed former Holy Trinity Church in Marylebone and the former St Johns Church in Hammersmith.

At present, valued in excess of £70 million, the portfolio is based predominantly inside the M25 and north of the River Thames, but the Diocese of London has selected Cluttons on an initial three year contract as their preferred partner to help formulate strategy as they seek to future proof their investment assets in terms of geography and sector.

Will Hagger, Head of Property Investment at the Diocese of London commented: “We believe that the Cluttons team offer the specialist skills and market knowledge necessary to deliver a best-in-class property management service in respect of this diverse portfolio, and to support us whilst we seek to reposition it.

Einar Roberts, Partner at Cluttons added: “We are delighted to be working with the Diocese of London on this exciting and challenging brief.  The Cluttons team excels at managing complex portfolios and we are looking forward to forging a great partnership and longstanding working relationship with the Diocese."
