Indeed, there' s nothing like visiting a "deprived area", where there's so much litter around from expensive take away meals that cost 5 times what it would cost to cook them at home; not to mention the half empty cans of Stella or Carlsberg, and broken spirit bottles on the paths to realise that many, many tenants are really struggling! LOL!! Shelter, my advice to you is "start giving cookery classes", and money management classes asap please.
