What a great idea. My LA have just requested a further 45 days to consider our outline application. This will push the App into 14-15 weeks just to be considered. At this rate (4 weeks in still no officer appointed) it will be at least 6 months behind schedule resulting in higher costs. Of course we know who the officer will be at WBC because there is now only ONE!!
