National Property Awards 2026 win follows recent double-digit growth

Auction House has been named Auction House of the Year at the National Property Awards 2026, after reporting double-digit growth nationally.

During the first eight months of 2026, the network of owned and franchised offices spanning England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland grew lots sold by over 10%. Meanwhile, total funds raised grew by more than 13%, compared with the same period in 2025.

The National Property Awards are decided by an independent judging panel, with a public vote at the finalist stage. Oliver Prior, managing director of Auction House, said the growth came despite a challenging year for the sector. “This is recognition for every team across the network. We have grown through a difficult year because our offices know their local markets and look after the people who trust us to sell for them. To be named Auction House of the Year on top of that means a great deal.”
