Connells estate agency and property consultancy is working with Medway Development Company on a new residential development, The New Tide, located in the heart of Chatham.

Part of the wider Medway regeneration programme, The New Tide represents a new phase that will deliver 56 shared ownership apartments.

The development will offer residents impressive views across the River Medway and the surrounding area, while benefiting from its central Chatham location and close proximity to local amenities and transport links.

“We are delighted to support Medway development company Ltd in their mission to deliver their first development of shared ownership homes to the Medway community.

“These homes form part of the vital regeneration of Medway and our shared ownership specialists are looking forward to launching the development” says Louise Savage, Land & New Homes Director at Connells.

Connells specialist affordable homes team will be supporting the launch and sale of the shared ownership homes, working closely with Medway Development Company to bring the development to market.

Scheduled to launch this summer, The New Tide marks another significant milestone in the ongoing regeneration of Chatham and the wider Medway area.
