A €26 million investment marks the arrival of Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey Espana in the region of Murcia.

The newly launched Siena development s located within south-eastern Spain’s internationally acclaimed La Manga Club, voted Best Sports Resort in Spain 2024 at the World Travel Awards.

Marc Pritchard – sales and marketing director at TW Espana – comments – “La Manga Club is one of Europe’s leading international tourism destinations, with extensive sports facilities, leisure amenities and residential areas, making it the perfect fit for discerning homebuyers looking for an active outdoor lifestyle surrounded by nature.”

The wider La Manga Club resort is home to 11 restaurants and bars delivering diverse, high-end gastronomic experiences.

The resort also includes the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf and Spa hotel, and the Real Golf La Manga Club, whose players enjoy the stunning fairways of the resort’s trio of golf courses.

The Racquets Club serves tennis and padel players, while the extensive grounds are also home to eight football pitches.

Siena will consist of two phases, with completion of the first homes expected around February 2028.

Next to one of La Manga Club’s three 18-hole golf courses, the properties occupy a premium position within the resort, surrounded by nature and with the coast just minutes away.

The contemporary homes have been designed to serve as primary residences, second homes or investment properties, meeting a wide range of buyers’ needs.

Siena’s design focuses on outdoor living and wellbeing. The new residential complex will include communal swimming pools, extensive landscaped gardens with eco-conscious native planting, a playground and a multipurpose room.

The peaceful, family-friendly homes have been designed in harmony with the landscape and will be rated ‘A’ for their energy credentials.

The first phase of the development, which is now available for reservations, will consist of three-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments priced from €395,000 plus VAT.

Ground-floor apartments will come with a private garden and terrace, while those on the upper floor will include a terrace and private solarium.

With views of the mountainous surroundings and the natural landscape that characterises La Manga del Mar Menor, the homes will include a mix of orientations to maximise natural light for bright, welcoming interiors.
