Strong bidder interest is expected for a large plot of land being sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The Birmingham plot will have a guide price of £1.3 million+ in the livestreamed auction on Thursday February 5.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, says the 2.67-acre site will be the largest of a number of plots of land the council is offering for sale through auctions.

“This is an irregular shaped parcel of land which may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.

“The site extends to approximately 2.67 acres or thereabouts and is located just off the A41 Warwick Road, sitting in between a mix of industrial and residential properties.

“We are predicting strong interest in this land as we believe its size and location will make it highly desirable for investors and developers from across the UK and overseas.”

Bassi adds that all interested parties must make their own enquiries to Birmingham City Council’s planning department to explore any use they may propose.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
