A new sales platform has been launched which claims to undermine traditional portals like Rightmove.

OffMarkt claims to use AI to match a homebuyer’s wishlist with listings, alerting sellers when a lead becomes available.

The platform claims to gives advertisers “direct access to verified, proceedable buyers”.

There is no cost to list properties as it charges on demand only when a successful property match is made, and only charges if the seller wishes to “unlock” a match.

It describes itself as ousting a “Tinder-style” AI-powered SmartMatch technology.

It analyses each buyer’s preferences and requirements, identifying suitable homes and matching demand to supply. This provides a curated list of proceedable buyers before public marketing begins, apparently boosting conversion rates, cutting marketing waste and giving sales teams greater control over leads.

A spokesperson for the firm behind the platform – ANTLER – says: The property market has long been dominated by portals that flood buyers with endless options, and charge sellers for listings rather than results. Sellers simply want access to proceedable buyers.

“Likewise, buyers are fed up with searching through hundreds of homes, and finding out after they’ve already been sold – they want to be amongst the first to be shown the properties that genuinely fit their needs. OffMarkt turns that on its head.

“We bring the homebuyer directly to the seller, matching demand with inventory even before a listing goes public, if the seller chooses. It’s a smarter, more efficient and more human-centred way to buy and sell homes.”

Possible sellers are invited to register free of charge for early access at: https://signup.offmarkt.co.uk/lets-go.
