The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is having its official sales launch in early 2026.
Positioned as the first Nikki Beach Resort in the Western Hemisphere, this landmark USD $400m development introduces what it claims to be a new benchmark for branded resort living in the Caribbean.
Set along the island’s Jolly Beach and developed by White Sand Development Ltd, a subsidiary of the Ayre Group, in collaboration with Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, the project will comprise 84 hotel rooms and suites, and 134 turnkey-delivered residences.
The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is following the successful sell-out in Nikki Beach Dubai, and sales are currently underway in Ras Alm Khaimah. Additionally, resorts in Baku and Muscat are in the pipeline.
The Antigua enterprise features open-plan layouts, expansive terraces, and ocean and marina views. The Residences will include seven beachfront Four-Bedroom Luxury Villas and 127 Branded Residences. Owners can enjoy direct beach access, oceanfront pools, an on-site Beach Club with its own boat tender docking for seamless arrival by sea and from the marina.
In addition, an 11,000 square foot world-class Spa and Wellness Centre including an aquatic centre and Yoga deck, access to the exclusive Residence Owners Lounge and private gym, a dedicated Kids’ Club and Teens Lounge “The Reef” and a variety of resort dining options.
