An Edwardian family home on an attractive corner plot in Birmingham will have a tempting guide price in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The four-bedroomed, end-terraced house in Handsworth needs refurbishment, hence its guide price of £95,000 in the livestreamed auction on Thursday September 11.

Craig Upton, marketing director at Bond Wolfe, says it’s rare for properties on this road to be on the market, with the most recent one selling nearly five years ago, according to Rightmove.

“The appealing external architecture of this property is made even more impressive because of the corner plot it stands on, with a return frontage. The entrance porch leads to a hall with cellar access, and there are then three reception rooms and a kitchen downstairs.

“On the first floor is a landing, three bedrooms and a bathroom, with another landing, a fourth bedroom and box room on the second floor. There are garden spaces at the front, rear and side of the property, plus outbuildings, although the property is in need of refurbishment works throughout.”

The Handsworth property is among scores lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.
