The National Residential Landlord Association court – The Key to Property Investment – is described as offering everything you need to know about how to find and make the most of great investment opportunities.

It’s delivered by Henry Davis, who has 35 years of experience as a property developer, portfolio landlord and author and  will guide you through the process, offering advice on everything sourrcing properties to navigating common pitfalls.

  • Interpret insider market data and intelligence; 
  • Overcome the primary challenges and threats to investment; 
  • Avoid situations where development costs are rising, as well as steering away from builder disputes; 
  • Find, configure and manage a profitable HMO;
  • Organise your portfolio; and
  • Get educated on house price to earnings data and how to use it to find the next property hotspot. 

It will also include advice on how to avoid making costly mistakes and how to network with the right professionals and make connections with agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, architects, accountants, planners and quality surveyors, which will enable you to grow your portfolio,
