From flats to Grade II-listed houses, there are dozens of Black Country homes featuring in the next Bond Wolfe auction.

They include a two-bedroomed leasehold flat in Rowley Regis which is listed with a guide price of £10,000+ in the livestreamed auction on Thursday July 10.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, says: “We have plenty of residential properties across the Black Country offering exceptional value for potential buyers looking for a first step on the property ladder and investors aiming to expand their portfolios.

“As a result, they are the focus of considerable interest in the lead-up to our livestreamed auctions, which regularly attract thousands of viewers and potential bidders from across the UK and even overseas.”

A guide price of £110,000 has been set for a modern terraced townhouse in Wolverhampton. With gardens front and back, and ample communal off-road parking, the house has a porch entrance leading to a reception room, dining kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom, and the property has gas central heating and double glazing fitted.

Many properties need modernisation or refurbishment, which is reflected in their guide prices, and one example is a three-bedroomed, semi-detached house in Wednesbury with a £45,000+ guide price.

This property, which needs work throughout, stands behind a driveway leading to a side garage, with gardens front and back. Downstairs the porch leads to a hall, two reception rooms, the kitchen, a side lean-to, utility room and bathroom, plus a separate shower, with the bedrooms upstairs.

Over in Walsall, a three-bedroomed, mid-terraced house which needs redecoration and modernisation has a £100,000+ guide price. This property has front and back gardens, while inside is a hall, two reception rooms, a kitchen and toilet downstairs, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Gas central heating and double glazing are fitted.

Also in Walsall is a Grade II-listed Georgian terraced house, a three-storey, four-bedroomed property with a £125,000+ guide price.

In West Bromwich, a £150,000+ guide price has been set for a three-bedroomed, semi-detached house. This property stands back from the road behind a driveway, with well-tended gardens to the rear. Inside, the porch leads to a hall, through reception room, breakfast kitchen and conservatory, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and gas central heating and double glazing are fitted.

The Black Country properties are among 197 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 8.30am on Thursday July 10.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
