Property Vision International continues its strategic global expansion with the launch of its newest office on Jersey, Channel Islands.

It’s appointed local expert Charlie Woods – a Jersey native – from Island Search as its associate on the island.

Woods has worked across London’s most prestigious postcodes.

The announcement comes as demand for prime property in Jersey continues to rise, fuelled by international buyers and a younger demographic attracted by the island’s favourable tax environment, quality of life, natural beauty, privacy and stability.

James Holroyd, Partner at Property Vision, comments: Jersey is an increasingly desirable location and it is hugely beneficial for our clients to have someone with Charlie’s local knowledge, buying expertise and integrity representing us on the island. Property Vision International is built around offering the best independent advice and Charlie’s approach epitomises our ethos.”

Woods himself adds: The Jersey market is an exciting one with obvious tax benefits but also from a lifestyle perspective, it offers pristine beaches, safety and world class cuisine.

“Having grown up on the island, I am thrilled to partner with Property Vision International to help clients make informed decisions and secure the right property on the best terms, offering discretion, insight and the highest levels of personal service.”

Property Vision International is the global arm of Property Vision’s 40-year history in the UK.
