A prime site for investors and developers has come on the market in Coventry with commercial agents Bromwich Hardy.

The former office premises at 11-13 Queen Victoria Road has planning permission for nine apartments and is for sale with a guide price of £875,000.

David Penn, partner at Bromwich Hardy in Coventry, says the property is an ideal opportunity to develop in a great location that is a short walk from Coventry Station, Coventry University, and the city’s thriving commercial and retail districts.

It is a double fronted, end terraced building over three storeys with storage space in the basement.

He adds that the attraction of the potential development is enhanced by several major developments close by, including the City Centre Cultural Gateway and City Centre South Regeneration area, and it is also near Friargate, the landmark £700m regeneration scheme which is transforming 37 acres around Coventry Station.
