With Birmingham positioned as a top destination for property investment in 2025, it’s no surprise that the National Landlord Investment Show (NLIS), is returning to the UK’s second-largest city next week.

On Wednesday May 14 it’s at the iconic Villa Park – home of Aston Villa FC with the doors to be opened by the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Ken Wood.

As NLIS marks a 9th return to Birmingham and 92nd live exhibition overall, this free-to-attend exhibition features property-related content providing landlords, property investors, and industry professionals with opportunities to network, gain expert insight, and stay ahead of the latest changes in the private rented sector.

Expert-led panel debates include: Surviving the Renters’ Rights Bill – industry experts answer landlords’ most pressing questions on the most significant changes to the PRS in over 30 years; Project Home – a specialist panel offering practical guidance on investing in supported accommodation and children’s homes; New Investor Panel – helping first-time investors get started, this panel features expert advice and real-life success stories to guide your property investment journey.

Co-founder and director, Steve Hanbury comments: “The Midlands, with Birmingham at its heart, continues to be a region of significant growth and opportunity for property investors. Over the years, we’ve seen remarkable development and increased investment interest. We’re proud to return and bring an event which allows property professionals to connect and learn in this thriving market.  Whether you already invest in Birmingham and the wider Midlands region or you’re exploring the region for new opportunities, this is a show you won’t want to miss.”

The National Landlord Investment Show, Birmingham, Midlands is free to attend, but registration is required. Secure your free ticket now as spaces are limited.
