Buy-to-let investors looking to expand their property portfolio will have an eye on a rented house in the Warwickshire village of Wolston at Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The three-bedroomed double-fronted, end-terraced house at Wolston has a guide price of £115,000+ in Bond Wolfe’s livestreamed auction on Thursday March 27.

It currently generates gross rental income of £5,070 per annum.

Craig Upton, marketing director at Bond Wolfe, said: “This is a freehold residential investment property being sold subject to a regulated tenancy. The rental figure is £97.50 per week.”

The house stands flush to the pavement with gardens to the rear. There are two reception rooms, a kitchen and bathroom with WC downstairs. Upstairs are three bedrooms off the landing. Gas-fired central heating is fitted.

Bidders should note that the completion period for this property is six weeks.

The house in Wolston will be among 176 lots appearing in the auction, which starts at 8.30am on Thursday. The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
