Essex property group Beresfords has launched Saltmarsh Place, 17 eco-friendly homes in the waterside village of Tollesbury.

Key features of the B-Rated homes include high energy efficiency, infrared heating systems that offer warmth and consistent comfort, Air Source Heat Pumps, solar panels and battery storage.

Each property features open-plan living spaces with high-specification kitchens, including composite stone worktops, integrated BOSCH appliances, and contemporary finishes.

A number of homes offering en-suite facilities and dressing rooms. Externally, all homes have private driveways and enclosed gardens.


A Beresfords spokesperson says: “Saltmarsh Place is a shining example of how modern homes can blend sustainability with comfort and style. These homes not only provide a beautiful place to live but also demonstrate how innovative technology can help reduce the cost of living while protecting the environment.”

Prices of flats start from £359,000.
