There’s a familiar agency if investors from the UK want to consider buying on the Portuguese Algarve.

Chestertons Global has expanded into the region through a partnership with Xtophe Properties.

Xtophe will provide exclusive residential and commercial property services, leveraging local market expertise and operating in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.

Christophe Londot, chief executive and founder of Xtophe Properties, says: “Joining the esteemed network is an exciting milestone for Xtophe Properties.

“As a dynamic and forward-thinking agency, this partnership with a legacy agency reflects our commitment to providing world-class service and connecting clients with properties that meet their unique needs.

“The Algarve property market offers immense potential, and with Chestertons Global’s reputation and international reach, we are poised to create exciting opportunities for the local market.”

Mohamed Mussa, executive director of Chestertons Global, adds: “We are thrilled to welcome Xtophe Properties to our global network.

“Christophe and his team bring outstanding local expertise and a reputation for excellence, making them an ideal partner in the Algarve as we continue to further expand further into Europe and exciting markets such as Portugal. This collaboration reinforces our dedication to delivering best-in-class real estate services worldwide.

“Chestertons Global is seeking further expansion opportunities in Portugal.”
