Craig Fuller, a former regional director at Stacks Property Search, has launched an independent property sourcing venture called Craig Fuller Property.

For many years Fuller has sourced properties under the Stacks mantle in the Cotswolds, North Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, South Oxfordshire, Bath, and Cheltenham. He’s now set himself up as an independent Cotswold search and acquisition specialist.

He says: “My time at Stacks has been an incredible journey. I’ve had the privilege of working with an outstanding team and forming lasting connections in the industry. I’m extremely grateful for all the opportunities and experiences I have gained, and I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned into this new chapter with Craig Fuller Property.”

Finding the right property in a competitive market is no small task, he says.

“Understanding the nuances of the market and having access to properties before they reach the open market can make all the difference. My goal is to help clients navigate their options confidently, ensuring their choices align with their preferences for location, property type, and value.”

His new firm will offer tailored search and acquisition and he says he is supported by “a growing team of dedicated professionals whose expertise spans client coordination, administration, media, and public relations.”

He concludes: “This new chapter is about continuing to help my clients achieve their property dreams. It’s a privilege to work in such a stunning and dynamic region, and I look forward to opening more doors for my clients as we move into 2025.”
