Social Housing specialist seeks investors to solve UK housing crisis

Citygate, a UK-based social housing investment firm, and UCEA, a third-generation Single Family Office, say they’re going to help solve the UK's housing crisis.

And they pledge ‘sustainable returns’ to brave investors entering the arena

Citygate and UCEA say they will embark on a global capital and awareness-raising campaign. The initiative will span six key financial hubs: Zurich, Singapore, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

This outreach is designed to draw international attention and investment into innovative housing solutions that can serve as a model for social impact and sustainability in real estate investment in the UK.

Citygate has experience in developing and financing multifamily housing projects that offer financial returns. UCEA, with its diverse investment portfolio and expertise in real estate and sustainability, complements Citygate's mission with a vision for building through responsible investment.

A statement says: “This partnership represents a unique opportunity for global investors to contribute to a solution for the UK housing crisis while achieving sustainable returns.”

Citygate and UCEA invite interested parties to join them in this initiative, saying: “Together, we can build a foundation for lasting social change and economic growth, one home at a time.”
