Ultralets, one of East Yorkshire’s leading independent property management companies, is hosting a virtual Property Investors Event in the New Year.

It’s from Monday January 27 to Friday January 31 and will provide local, national and international investors with valuable insights and Specialist advice on navigating the East Yorkshire property market.

“East Yorkshire presents a unique opportunity for property investors” says Liam Dunn, Investment Manager at Ultralets. “The combination of affordable property prices, high rental demand, and significant regeneration projects makes the region a lucrative choice for building a successful portfolio.”

The virtual event will feature a series of 15-minute sessions covering key topics like:

  • Maximising your rental income: Learn effective strategies for attracting high-quality tenants and maximising rental returns.
  • Protecting yourself as a landlord: Discover essential legal considerations, tenant screening tips, and insurance options to minimise risk.
  • The future of property investment: Gain insights into emerging trends and market forecasts to make informed investment decisions.
  • Serving notice to problem tenants: Understand the legal process for dealing with difficult tenants efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and renovation mistakes to avoid: Learn valuable tips for managing your property and avoiding costly mistakes.
  • Expanding or selling your property portfolio: Develop strategies for growing your portfolio or exiting the market profitably.

Registration for the virtual event is free at www.ultralets.co.uk/investors. Once registered, Investors will receive a link in their inbox for each daily session, allowing them to participate from the comfort of their own home.

Ultralets was established in 2009 and provides a variety of property management services across East Yorkshire, looking after over rental 1,350 properties. Services include lettings, property maintenance, property investment, landlord and tenants insurance and mortgages.
