International real estate marketplace platform Idealista has acquired Kyero, a prominent international property platform serving Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal.

Founded in 2003 by Louise and Martin Dell, Kyero will continue to operate independently under its original leadership but the acquisition brings together Kyero’s global network of over 7,000 estate agents with idealista’s platform.

“This partnership validates our team’s hard work and opens exciting new opportunities to further enhance the experience for our agents and property buyers. Idealista’s success as Southern Europe’s leading real estate marketplace is one we’ve admired for years, and we look forward to collaborating closely” says Louise Dell.

Headquartered in Bath in the UK, Kyero is an online platform for UK buyers looking for European overseas property. Since it was established in 2003, it has helped over 75,000 people buy an overseas property in Europe.

Kyero claims to have the largest selection of overseas property of any of the foreign property focused UK portals, with over 850,000 properties listed, supported by a dedicated team of 33 professionals.
