Shepherd Chartered Surveyors’ latest commercial property auction will feature 24 commercial properties and development land located across Scotland going under the hammer in a live-streamed auction next week.

Amongst the lots for sale is a unique opportunity to acquire a former Police Box in Edinburgh. Much interest is anticipated in this quirky lot. The box is located within the popular Old Town district of Edinburgh – a position at the heart of the world-famous Edinburgh International Festival.

And in the pleasant rural setting of Port of Monteith, is a former Distribution Service Reservoir site being sold on behalf of Scottish Water.
