The National Residential Landlords Association is staging a property investment course next week – and past editions have been amongst the most popular held by the organisation.

The NRLA says: “This course has been designed to help you understand changing investment trends, source suitable properties, and guide you through the due diligence process when you have found the property that’s right for you. The Key to Property Investment is one of our most popular courses and is presented by Henry Davis, an MBA-educated developer, author and landlord, with more than 30 years’ experience.”

Included in the course is:

  • A step-by-step guide on how to buy cheap property not available on the internet or open market;
  • How to value property and evaluate deals more easily and accurately;
  • Where and how to find insider market intelligence and hidden data and how to understand it;
  • Overcome the primary investment challenges and threats;
  • Finance and bridging innovations, and how to improve your credit score;
  • House price to earnings data and how to use it to find the next property hotspot;
  • How to avoid development cost overruns and builder disputes;
  • How to source, configure and manage a profitable HMO;
  • Online advert writing, branding, and how to create the ‘wow’ factor with your property;
  • Improve your focus, mindset, motivation and organisation;
  • How to grow your portfolio by building connections and networking with the right professionals and mentors, including: agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, architects, accountants, planners, quality surveyors, and more.

This e-Classroom course lasts a day and is available for £147 for NRLA members and £185 for non-members.

It’s being held between 0930 and 1630 on Wednesday September 18 – Click here to book
