On July 3 the National Landlord Investment Show returns to Old Billingsgate in London – just the day before the General Election.

The morning panel debate will feature Sir Iain Duncan Smith from the Conservative Party, David Smith (Economics Editor of the Sunday Times), and Maxine Fothergill (MD Amax Estates), who will consider the ramifications of the General Election on the Private Rented Sector.

In the second heat of Landlord Mastermind, Paul Shamplina tests the knowledge of three guest landlords by asking as many questions as possible within a minute and a half, all on the subject of property. The winner will go into the Property Mastermind final at the National Landlord Investment Show finale in October.

There will also be well over 50 exhibitors.
