The purpose-built Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds has launched Copse Mere with a range of riverside holiday home freehold plots for sale.

The new village will offer a boutique collection of 11 architect-designed holiday homes within Lower Mill Estate, neighbouring an outdoor heated pool, tennis courts and one of Lower Mill’s most spectacular waterbodies, Somerford Lagoon.

Copse Mere is set within a private, enclosed copse with views of the adjacent river.

Holiday homeowners and guests at Copse Mere will also benefit from access to acres of nature reserve, multiple lakes, an indoor heated pool and spa and onsite restaurant.

Designs available in the first phase of Copse Mere include The Retreat and The View.

The Retreat is a recently introduced two bedroom design that combines modern, contemporary architectural features with great views of the outdoors, featuring photovoltaic panels, an electric vehicle charging point, and natural materials throughout. Whilst The View is brand new for 2024 and is a two bedroom, two bathroom design, created to maximise light, integrating with the existing trees and landscape.

Reachable from London in around 90 minutes, Lower Mill Estate is well-positioned for a weekend escape from the city, offering easy access to the Cotswold Water Park.

All property designs will incorporate electric vehicle charging and air source heat pumps, along with the chance to add other eco-friendly features.

Prices will start from £540,000 total investment for a two bedroom Retreat design with through views down to the river, which includes the freehold plot from Habitat First Group and a build from recommended construction partner, Conservation Builders Limited.
