Grainger, the UK’s largest listed provider of rental homes, has revealed its second Build To Rent development in Bristol.
Located within Temple Back, Millwrights Place will provide 231 studio, one and two bedroom rental homes, a range of resident amenity spaces and a vast 14th floor roof terrace.
With 4,000 square feet of internal resident amenities, Millwrights Place features purpose-built shared social areas to encourage feelings of community, including resident’s lounge, on-site gym, co-working space, meeting booths and private dining room.
Additionally, the development is built with 11,000 square feet roof terraces with outdoor seating and space for exercise and organised yoga classes.
The development also features 337 bicycle spaces, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated onsite Residents Services team on hand to assist with any resident queries.
Monthly rent prices will start from £1,240.
Named to celebrate skilled tradesmen who operated sugar and corn trades in Bristol during the 14th century, the development’s exposed brick interiors also nod to the factories once in existence.
Located a short 10-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads, with Castle Park and Temple Gardens on its doorstop, Millwrights Place is Grainger’s second BTR development in Bristol, following the launch of Hawkins & George at Finzels Reach in 2019.
Helen Gordon, Chief Executive at Grainger says: “We look forward to welcoming residents this spring, with our amenity spaces and outdoor rooftop terrace offering extensive amenities and a great way to socialise whilst renting.
“Our onsite Residents Services team will deliver excellent service to our residents and will also be organising regular events including coffee mornings, yoga classes, and summer parties, to help establish a thriving new community.”
