Housebuilder Crest Nicholson is hosting a pre-launch event at its new Windsor Gate development in Berkshire.

On Saturday February 24 and Sunday February 25 between 10am and 5pm, prospective investors and other buyers are invited to Romans Estate Agents office in Windsor, where the housebuilder will be hosting the appointment-only pre-launch event.

There canapes and light refreshments, sales experts and IFAs JLP Financial and Fairstone on hand.

Windsor Gate has a focus on energy efficiency, biodiversity, and sustainability. Each of the 135 three to five bedroom homes will incorporate an air source heat pump, whilst the 18 one and two bedroom apartments will benefit from hot water heat pumps. Additional eco enhancements at Windsor Gate will include a wildflower meadow, bat bricks, swift bricks, bee homes, hedgehog highways, and attractive tree planting, plus community allotments.

The scheme is one mile from Windsor itself where there are numerous boutique and high street retailers, independent and family favourite pubs and restaurants, plus Windsor and Eaton Brewery. The development is also seven miles from Ascot Racecourse, and close to the Thames Path.
