An international off-plan property consultancy says it’s overseen a record 400-plus units launched in recent months.

LH1 Global reckons it de-risks investments by offering exchange of contracts pre-build, which eliminates exposure to market fluctuations throughout the build cycle. 

The firm says the launches include landmark developments within Birmingham, Bradford, Manchester, Ashford and Cheltenham. 

Chief executive Rayna Hunter says: “We adopt a bespoke approach for each project and take them forward on their own merit, whilst using a variety of effective sales and marketing models that generate an industry-leading sales strategy. We work with a range of clients on a variety of projects in all major towns and cities, from new build developments and PDs to specialist heritage projects such as mill conversions and already have a number of exciting new launches in the pipeline for 2024 that we’re excited to take to market in the coming months.”
