New management deal for luxury Algarve residences

Quinta do Lago, the exclusive Algarve residential resort, has announced the property management of One Green Way Residences, under a new serviced residence scheme and in partnership with developer, SPX Capital, the Brazilian asset management company.

Quinta do Lago Real Estate added One Green Way Residences to their portfolio of luxury properties and developments for sale in April 2022, and this new scheme means that Quinta do Lago will now fully service the enviable homes post-purchase too.
