A new service to investors has been launched by Joivy, which describes itself as “the first comprehensive residential platform in Europe.”

It lists a range of different living spaces available to rent, across the co-living, micro-living, student housing, short let, multi-family and co-working categories, and supports investor owners with services ranging from complete asset management, to design and build services and investment assistance.

It currently lists some 4,000 units in 50 locations across six European countries.

Joivy manages single apartments as well as entire buildings and urban regeneration projects; it says it can also support the design, renovation and furnishing of properties “with a clear focus on sustainability and environmental impact” and can serve both private and institutional real estate investors.

Its listings currently include a Norfolk castle, student accommodation in Rome, an apartment block at Pigalle in Paris, plus a student campus in Milan.
