Volume housebuilder Weston Homes has announced a commercial opportunity at its new £185m Langley Square waterside scheme in Dartford.

The 2,960 square foot ground floor unit, available either to lease or purchase, sits in the 11-acre mixed-use development of 812 apartments and five commercial units across 12 buildings, designed around communal green spaces and the historic Mill Pond.

The available commercial unit occupies the ground floor of a mixed-use building, and is suitable for use under Class E, F1, and F2; it boasts prominent frontage on two thoroughfares and has been delivered to shell and core, allowing for customised finishes.

Langley Square is a six-minute walk from Dartford Railway Station and Weston Homes claims “the development has transformed the site, originally built in 1852 as an industrial area, into a highly desirable waterside village, creating a vibrant new community in the heart of Dartford.”

Disposal of the unit is being handled by Linays Commercial Limited.
