The Algarve’s world-famous Vale do Lobo golf course has seen a dramatic renovation of its residents with a show home now available for potential investors to view.

Price range from €850,000 for a two bed apartment with Jacuzzi, from €990,000 for a two bed apartment with a private pool, and up to €1.25m for a two bedroom villa with a private pool.

The developer, Kronos Homes – which took over the development earlier this year – describes the newly renovated properties as “seamlessly fusing traditional and contemporary design … situated in a prime position alongside the 12th hole of the Royal Golf Course and offer sophisticated living combining style and functionality.”

Using a range of materials, from stone to glass, timber to stainless steel, the Golf Residences are said to marry sophisticated design with traditional elements to create modern properties. Each property is sold fully furnished and with parking for cars and golf buggies, giving foreign buyers an easy transition into their new home.

Kronos claims that Portugal is proving a popular destination this summer for leisure visitors, with an uplift in flight demand compared to its neighbours – France, Spain and Italy – and those looking for a year-round base will join the over 40,000 Britons that already call Portugal home.

The country offers expats a great relocation package including government-subsidised medical care, generous tax incentives, and the Algarve region benefits from over 300 days of sunshine a year.

For those purchasing a property at Vale do Lobo, there is the offer of a full property management service. Owners will also be able to enjoy all amenities at Vale do Lobo including two world-class golf courses, a tennis academy, restaurants and bars located in the Praça, a spa and wellness activities available throughout the year.
