UK investors now have greater access to higher returns with new opportunities in a lucrative foreign market.

Advantage Investment, the UK’s off-plan property investment specialists, has teamed up with Spanish real estate company, First Choice Spain.

The new partnership is set to offer unbeatable access to the thriving Spanish real estate market with an array of long and short-term investment opportunities and property management services.

Spain is a popular destination for holidaymakers, retirees, and now modern-day workers who have flexible working patterns, Advantage are confident that the Spanish real estate market has significant potential for investment.

“We pride ourselves on being able to provide our clients with the best opportunities, and now, we can do that on an international level with First Choice Spain,” said Lucy Slater, marketing manager for Advantage Investment.

Coastal regions

“With a growing economy, excellent climate, and popular tourist destinations, the Spanish real estate market has been on the rise for years. Foreign investment in Spanish real estate has been steadily increasing since 2013, with British investors being the largest group.

“Spain has experienced the highest level of residential real estate sales since 2008 in 2021 and the first quarter of 2022. Coupled with the attractive low-interest rates, is it simpler and less expensive for investors to secure finance for property purchases in Spain.  The coastal regions of Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca have been in high demand, and Marbella, in particular, is a fantastic location for investment.”

Marbella has seen an increase in demand for luxury homes, and its real estate appreciation rate has been above average for the past ten years in spite of the effects of the pandemic.  The Spanish coastal city has seen huge capital appreciation, and the property prices in Marbella are still relatively low compared to other European countries.

Marbella offers a wide range of investment opportunities, including apartments, townhouses, villas, and commercial properties.
