Davide Ravalli appointed head of growth at DoveVivo Group

An innovation and growth-oriented entrepreneur, Davide Ravalli, has since the beginning of his working career founded his first start-up in the PropTech sector, Hintown, in 2014.

From the get-go it positioned itself as an innovate company in the property and hospitality management sector on residential properties followed by immediately distinguishing itself by rapid growth nationwide.

A quick background recap

During its first five years of operation, Ravalli grew the Hintown group by establishing two other start-ups offering integrated services to its clients, ranging from construction management and interior design, to marketing residential income properties.

Having reached national scale, Ravalli aimed to internationalise the business, and in 2019 he was instrumental in bringing about a merger process of four companies from four different countries – Portugal, Scotland, Italy, and England – who were each market leaders in their regions.

ALTIDO was born from this, which is a pan-European short-term rental leader with more than 1,700 properties under management in more than 20 European locations.

DoveVivo, consequently, provides quick and easy access to a wide range of housing solutions, characterised by design, technology, and personalised service for short, medium, or long periods. Simultaneously, it also aims to offer private and institutional owners an innovative, comprehensive property management solution.

DoveVivo snaps up ALTIDO

In March 2022, DoveVivo announced the acquisition of ALTIDO.

The deal, which involved capital reinvestment in DoveVivo by ALTIDO’s founding team and their inclusion as managers of the group, resulted in the establishment of the largest residential management platform in Europe with an impressive portfolio of more than 2,500 properties and apartments under management in more than 40 cities across six countries, namely Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Scotland, and England.
